Information we collect

This website has two forms: a general contact form and a service or quote request form. Depending on which one you use, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, vehicle year, make and model, the service you are asking about, a preferred date and time window, and your message.

You do not need an account to use this website, and no payments are taken here.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry
• To prepare for the service you have asked about and arrange a time
• To maintain the business records we are required to keep

Topcare Automotive does not sell the information you submit through these forms, and we do not use it for marketing campaigns.

Who processes it

When you submit a form, the details are sent from our server as an email to info@topcareautomotive.com. Submissions are not stored in a website database.

Two service providers are involved in that process: Lovable, which hosts this website and runs its server code, and Resend, which delivers the form email to our inbox. Our mailbox itself is hosted by Namecheap Private Email. Information is otherwise shared only where it is needed to provide a service you have asked for — for example with a parts supplier when ordering a part for your vehicle — or where we are required to share it by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not set any non-essential cookies. That is why you are not asked to accept cookies. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this section will be updated first.

How long we keep it

Form information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and to meet applicable business, accounting and legal requirements. Where a vehicle is serviced, the related service record is retained as part of that vehicle's history.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
